Abstract
The physical, chemical, and biological methods for the synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles are considered; their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The relationship between the method of synthesis and the properties of the systems obtained is shown. The unique optical and antibacterial properties of zinc oxide nanoparticles and the relevant areas of their practical applications are discussed. The dependence of the antibacterial properties of zinc oxide on the shape and size of its particles is revealed.中文翻译:
