Abstract Two-dimensional lamellar stacked (NH4)0.8V3O7·3.5H2O with controlled micromorphology was synthesized form hydrothermal method by adjusting the molar ratio of the NH4VO3 with H2C2O4·2H2O. The EDS, FT-IR, DSC&TG and XPS studies indicated that our product can be indexed as (NH4)0.8V3O7·3.5H2O.
