Synthesis of two guest‐free 1D coordination polymers [M(amtd)2]n (1, M=Co; 2, M=Mn; amtd=2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole) was achieved through hydro(solvo)thermal reactions, which are found to be stable and chemically robust towards various solvents and serve as promising inter‐layer dielectric materials for microelectronics with exceptional low dielectric constants (1, κ=2.43 at 1 MHz; 2, κ=2.57 at 1 MHz).
