H2S Sensors High performance H2S sensors were successfully fabricated through the use of polymer field-effect transistors (FETs). Film thickness is strongly related with achievement of optimal sensitivity. Mechanism investigation shows that desorption increases faster than absorption for analyte molecules in the polymer film while both speed rise with decreasing film thickness.
