To the Editor We read with interest the work of Banerjee et al¹ that described the long-term neurocognitive outcomes of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The adult sequelae of pediatric major illness are of substantial interest as short-term therapeutic outcomes continue to improve and the number of adult survivors of major illness increases. As observational researchers in anesthesiology, after reading the article we were left with 3 questions.
