An asymptomatic 52-year-old woman was referred for the evaluation of a 4/6 continuous murmur in the right parasternal border. Patient had no relevant family history of congenital heart disease. The electrocardiogram showed sinus rhythm and the echocardiogram revealed a round, vascular communication from the left aortic sinus (LAS) to the right atrium (RA), with continuous turbulent flow on Doppler evaluation.
