Dual-stimuli-responsive polymer-nanoreactors, P(S−M−NIP)/DC89PC@enzymes, were designed and constructed via enzymes encapsulation. The obviously improved enzymolysis efficiencies of the vesicle-based nanoreactors were realized under UV-irradiation and heating.
