The authors would like to update Figure 5 as the published version is incorrect.

Outcomes at the optimal compromise harvest slot (from Figure 4) for the entire set of ecological scenarios of density dependence in growth and size dependence in natural mortality shown in Figure 3 across four objectives. We define pretty good outcomes when each objective is larger than 50% of the maximum theoretically possible for the parameter set that was chosen. All objectives met that criterion.
