Abstract—Modeling is carried out and a microelectronic technology of microwave devices based on multilayer switching boards with protection from electromagnetic radiation is proposed. The boards, a model of a low-noise amplifier (LNA) module for the C-band (3.4–8 GHz) were manufactured and tested, and its characteristics (gain 50 dB, noise figure 1.4 dB) were studied. It is demonstrated that the proposed technology makes it possible to create small-sized devices with a frequency of up to 40 GHz of high quality for communication systems and information and telecommunication systems, for space and ground purposes.
