Abstract
Eopleistocene deformations with an age of 1.8 Ma related to the activity of present-day geological processes have been studied for the first time in the Moscow region. Their qualitative and quantitative characteristics are based on the structural–geodynamic method and morphometric analysis of a large GIS dataset. The values of the stage-by-stage amplitude and the rate of neotectonic uplifts have been estimated and the gradient of the deformation rate of the Moskva Reka active zone has been calculated.
