Abstract

This article uses the finite element analysis method to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the AC contactor, to study its dynamic switching operation mechanism, combining with the coil excitation current and suction, reaction curve, and the displacement of moving iron core, and to process speed curve of moving iron core from the current characteristics, time characteristics, and speed characteristics under different closing phase angle three aspects analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the AC contactor.
