This Mini-Special Issue of the IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques (TMTT) includes five articles that have been expanded from innovative works presented at the 2021 Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits Symposium, which was held in June 2021. After over a year of virtual conferences, the 2021 RFIC Symposium was held both virtually and in-person in Atlanta, GA, USA. The hybrid format offered panels, technical lectures, interactive workshops, and 14 engaging technical sessions to attendees and authors. All virtual events were live-streamed. The opportunity to attend in both formats was only possible with the diligence, creativity, and excellent leadership of the 2021 General Chair, Brian Floyd, and the Technical Program Chair and Co-Chair, Osama Shana’a and Donald Lie.
