Abstract

The importance of the process of technical maintenance of boiler plants of thermal power plants of chemical production is substantiated. Difficulties in the implementation of technical maintenance of the specified type of equipment at the present stage are presented. The aim of the study is set, aimed at eliminating the existing difficulties. It is shown that in order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: analyze the process of maintenance of boiler plants and, based on the results of this analysis, develop a SADT-model of the process of their maintenance; develop models for representing knowledge about boiler plants and their structural elements; implement the developed models in a workflow system to automate the implementation of boiler maintenance procedures. According to the tasks set, as well as using a systematic approach, the analysis of the process of maintenance of boiler plants as an object of digitalization was carried out. The results of the analysis are given, which make it possible to conclude about the possibility of automating this process using a specially developed workflow system. Models for representing knowledge about boiler plants in the form of a SADT-model formalizing the relationship between maintenance procedures, as well as frames formalizing the relationship between the characteristics of equipment are presented. A brief description of the module of the workflow system is given, examples of its dialog boxes are given.
