Starting from studying a melanoma patient with heterogenous response, In article 2100098, Lujun Shen, Ying Wu, and co-workers identified inducible regulatory T cells (iTregs) as a key predictor of treatment response of PD-1 inhibitor based immunotherapy in melanoma. Further analysis of multi-omics data of this special patient and public datasets uncover the molecular features and potential therapeutic targets of iTregs.
