An effective palladium-catalyzed sulfonylative coupling between various benzyl (allyl) carbonates and stable arylsulfonyl hydrazides has been developed under mild conditions, in which diversified aryl-benzyl(allyl) sulfones could be achieved with good to excellent yields.
