The abruptly auto-braiding property of the Bessel beam superimposed with circular Airy beam

We propose and investigate a novel laser beam based on the superposition of circular Airy beam and l-order Bessel beam, which can abruptly braid during the freely propagation. This abruptly auto-braiding beam (AABB) combines the spiral structure and ring shape in one laser beam. The propagation characteristics of AABB is studied, including the effect of the propagation angle and topological charge on the transmission. Depending on the parameters, this beam exhibits the strong spiral characteristic within a certain distance. AABB generated in the experiment has a good agreement with the simulation.
