In the Original Investigation titled “Retinal Phenotype of Patients With Isolated Retinal Degeneration Due to CLN3 Pathogenic Variants in a French Retinitis Pigmentosa Cohort,”¹ published online January 28, 2021, and in the March 2021 issue of JAMA Ophthalmology, 2 variants were erroneously classified in the severe neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (NCL) group instead of the classic CLN3-associated NCL. The Discussion section and Figure 3 were updated. None of the study’s conclusions were affected. The article was corrected online.²
