Cover photograph: Surfactin inhibits neutrophils migration induced by copper sulfate (CuSO4). The Tg (Lyz:EGFP) transgenic line zebrafish larvae (72 hpf) were randomly divided into six groups, incubated with 3.2 μg/mL CuSO4 or PBS for 2 h, and then treated with DEX (5 μg/mL) or surfactin (20, 40, and 60 μg/mL) for 6 h. PBS was used as the negative control, and DEX was used as the positive control. (a) Green fluorescent spot for neutrophils. (b) Quantitative analysis of inflammatory cells in the ventral trunk.
