In the current SARS Cov-2 pandemic context, vaccination using mRNA Covid-19 vaccine has started in France in December 2020. Based on the risk for severe COVID-19, patients suffering from autoimmune diseases (AID) and receiving -or about to receive- steroids or immunosuppressive drugs have been prioritized for vaccination (1).
