A growing body of research evidence has verified the old concept of entropy increase to be the common mechanism for various human diseases and aging and the preservation of low-entropy state to be the key for human health and longevity.
However, how the human body maintains at a low-entropy state remains unclear. I propose herein four integrated systems as the main intrinsic machineries for minimizing entropy increase so as to keep wellness and avoid illness. I will present the evidence and rationales for my hypothesis.
