We would like to correct two errors in the Supporting Information of our original paper. An error occurred on page S5 of the Supporting Information. For the cell culture conditions, a 10 cm culture dish should be written instead of a 10 mm culture dish. The other is Figure S2 in the Supporting Information, in which the protein profiles of exosomes from a urine sample are shown in lanes UC and MagG@PEI@DSP@aptamer and what should be presented here is the protein profiles of the exosomes in the cell culture medium isolated by UC and MagG@PEI@DSP@aptamer. This error was introduced during the revision process, and it does not affect any of the results or conclusions. The corrected figure should be as follows. Figure S2.
