Abstract

Detail 3D digital elevation model with a high-accuracy efficient software for 2D-modeling STREAM 2D CUDA and actual data on high-water marks and the dynamics of water level variations during a flood in 2019 on the Iya R. near Tulun Town were used to evaluate the maximal water flow rate and to plot the hydrograph of extreme flood near Tulun Town. The calculated complex dynamics of the inundation of the town located in a diked river bend showed a good agreement with observation data.
