Study on the influence of ventilation parameters on the airflow temperature in excavation roadway and ventilation duct

Mine heat hazards is one of the difficult problems in deep mining, effectively controlling heat hazards is an important prerequisite for ensuring the working environment of underground workers. In order to explore the influence of ventilation parameters on the temperature distribution in the excavation roadway and the ventilating duct, and to get the optimal ventilation parameters for the comfortable region of the workers in the excavation roadway, in this paper, the temperature distribution in excavation roadway and ventilation duct under different ventilation parameters is numerically simulated, the orthogonal experiment is designed based on the orthogonal principle, and establishing the prediction model of workers' comfortable working region. The results show that changing the ventilation parameters has little effect on the temperature rise in the ventilation duct, and the range of the temperature rise in the ventilation duct is 0.39–0.86 °C with different ventilation parameters. According to variance analysis, the ventilation air temperature has the greatest influence on the air temperature in the excavation roadway, followed by the ventilation flow rate and the ventilation duct position. Moreover, as can be seen from the effect curve of temperature rise and comfortable working region, the optimal ventilation parameters of the roadway in this case are as follows: the ventilation temperature of 15 °C, the ventilation flow rate of 10 m/s, and the ventilation duct position of 10 m. The coefficient of determination of the comfortable working region prediction model is 0.983, and the residual distribution of the comfortable working region prediction model is normal distribution, indicating that the model can better predict the calculation of the comfortable working region with different ventilation parameters.
