The 0.91MgTiO3-0.09(Ca0.8Na0.1Ce0.1)TiO3 ceramic derived from the traditional solid-phase process has excellent temperature stability. The ceramic shows great Q×f value after sintering at 1175 °C, which can be envisioned as pioneering materials for energy saving and 5G communication.
