Length–weight relationships of six endemic fish species collected from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (including the Yarlung Zangbo River basin, the Lancang River basin, and the Nujiang River basin) were analyzed in this study. All fish specimens were landed seasonally during 2017 (rainfall season: June to July, rainless season: August) to 2018 (rainfall season: March to June, rainless season: August to October). Stationary gillnets (mesh size: 3, 5, and 8 cm, 20 m × 1.5 m) and lobster pot (10 m long, mesh size: 1 cm) were applied for fish specimens capture. Each individual was measured immediately after capture with the precision of 0.1 cm for total length (TL) and 0.1 g for body weight (BW), respectively. Strong correlation between length-weight of all the six species were detected (r2 > 0.96). The estimate range of parameter a was form 0.0036 to 0.0129. The exponent b ranged from 2.7923 to 3.2409, which is consistent with expected interval (2.5–3.5). New maximum total length were recorded for the species of Schizothorax nukiangensis and Triplophysa stolickai, respectively.
