For a male patient with infertility, a thorough history is imperative to elucidate whether the patient has been or is currently being exposed to medications that will harm libido, spermatogenesis, ejaculation, or the hypothalamic–pituitary–testosterone axis. This article will review the most common medications causing iatrogenic male infertility as well as options to minimize or even reverse their impact.
