Breathing exercises: Two Zn-based metal-organic frameworks showed reversible structural flexibility through the breathing phenomenon upon the addition and removal of guest molecules. Moreover, these two MOF compounds demonstrated selective sorption of C₈ alkyl aromatics in their binary mixtures.
