Objective: Minimally invasive surgery, especially robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy (RARP), stands out among the current treatments in localized prostate cancer (PCA). RARP is technically advantageous because it enables the bladder neck and urethra protection to be more possible. However, since robotic systems are not always available, laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is still up to date.
