Anti–3-hydroxy-3-methyl-glutaryl-coenzyme A reductase (HMGCR) myopathy is a rare but serious complication of statin use. The aim of this study was to describe the imaging features of statin-associated anti-HMGCR myopathy on thigh muscle magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
