Objective: The role and molecular mechanism of long-chain noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in lung cancer remain to be elucidated. The aim of this study was to investigate the association between a long coding RNA hypoxia-inducible factor-2α (HIF-2α) promoter upstream transcript (HIF2PUT) and clinical characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its regulatory role in NSCLC.
