At the present time, the classical theory of radiation of charged particles is a complete theory. It has wide applications in the generation of various radiation sources: synchrotron radiation, undulator radiation, and others. In this regard, questions of radiation of the intrinsic magnetic moment of the particles have not been completely investigated. A path to the construction of radiation fields of a point source is laid out within the formalism of the Hertz tensor. A derivation of potentials and field strengths of a point radiation source is given.
