A Novel Charging Scheme Based on Network Capabilities for 5G Industrial Networks

5G networks for industry applications have different service and performance requirements, and thus the need for new charging schemes. Starting from the charging requirements of the 5G industrial network, this article proposes a new charging scheme based on multiple network capabilities, including transmission latency, reliability, data rate and coverage. The charging scheme is quantitatively presented as one closed-form formula, in which the relationships among four network capabilities are provided. Based on the formula, this article analyzes the transformation relationship among the four capabilities, not only to show the rationality of the formula, but also to provide several suggestions on network construction based on the combination of network capabilities optimization.
