Multi-experiences in the art performance tourism: Integrating experience economy model with flow theory

ABSTRACT

The art performance tourism is favored by tourists nowadays as it reflects cultural connotation of tourism products, releases cultural charm of tourism destinations, and meets tourists’ pursuit of relaxation and spiritual enjoyment. This paper set into the theoretical performance “Shu Feng Ya Yun”, and coded 2781 comments from Ctrip.com to measure multiple categories of experiences and the corresponding behavior intentions of tourists. Further, we conducted questionnaire survey and verified correlations among multi-dimensions of experience economy model and flow theory. Within the results, theoretical and practical implications are provided to promote the development of art performance tourism.

摘要

艺术表演旅游因其体现旅游产品的文化内涵,释放旅游目的地的文化魅力,满足游客对放松和精神享受的追求,受到当今游客的青睐。本文以“舒风雅韵”为理论表现,对携程网的2781条评论进行编码,测算游客的多类体验和相应的行为意向。此外,我们还进行了问卷调查,验证了体验经济模型与流量理论多维度的相关性。研究结果为促进艺术表演旅游的发展提供了理论和实践启示。
