When the article was first published online there were some textual errors in section 4.1 and 4.2 on page 116. This has been corrected as mentioned below:

Gr. Adj. has been changed to Gr. masc. adj.

S. cordis has been changed to Spodiobacter cordis

This correction does not affect the conclusions in the rest of the paper.
