We are correcting a discrepancy in the confidence intervals and p-values in Table 2. This discrepancy was the result of employing two analytic techniques, one which was inadvertently reported in the table and the other which was reported in the text. In addition, our team identified a superior method for calculating marginal percentages and we noticed a typo in one of the cells for Table 2. None of the results of the study changed. Table 2 reflects all of these needed corrections. In addition, we have edited Table 1 given that data that should have been presented in columns was inadvertently placed in rows. This has been corrected in Table 1.
