Effects of Soil Nano-Conditioning Agent on Selenium Content, Yield and Quality of Pepper

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of nano soil conditioner on the content, yield and quality of selenium in Capsicum, in order to provide some basis for the production of selenium rich capsicum, selenium rich capsicum sauce and selenium rich food. In this paper, multi varieties of Capsicum were selected as the research object, 20 samples were selected for each variety and the content, yield and quality of Capsicum selenium were tested by mathematical statistical analysis; and the effect of different concentrations of soil nano conditioner on the content, yield and quality of Capsicum selenium was studied. The experimental data show that the effect of using soil nano conditioner is better than not using soil nano conditioner. The content, yield and quality of selenium in Capsicum are significantly improved by using soil nano conditioner. In a certain range, the higher the concentration of soil nano conditioner is, the higher the content, yield and quality of selenium in Capsicum are. However, when the concentration exceeds the range, the content, yield and quality of selenium in Capsicum are increased Output and quality will begin to decline. The results show that the content, parameters and quality of selenium in pepper can be increased by 59% in a certain range, and the sales volume of pepper can be increased.
