Computing Characteristic Polynomials of -Curvatures in Average Polynomial Time

We design a fast algorithm that computes, for a given linear differential operator with coefficients in Z[ ], all the characteristic polynomials of its-curvatures, for all primes < , in asymptotically quasi-linear bit complexity in.
