Abstract
The conjugated compound (3Z,6Z)-3,6-bis((5-(9,9-bis(2-octyldodecyl)-9H-fluoren-2-yl) thiophene-2-yl) methylene) piperazin-2,5-dione(p-QM2AF) was synthesized successfully. Nanoparticles (NPs) coated with p-QM2AF compound were prepared from liposomes. The morphology of NPs was characterized by transmission electron microscope and dynamic light scattering instrument, and the NPs maintained high stability after long time storage. Cytotoxicity test was used to evaluate the safety of nanoparticles, and the photothermal properties were characterized.
