Abstract—

We have studied glass formation and located the boundaries of the glass-forming region in the TeO₂–MoO₃–Pr₂O₃ system. The results demonstrate the possibility of obtaining glasses containing up to 30 mol % PrO_1.5. Optical characteristics of the transmission spectra of the glasses have been calculated.
