Tuerena, Alberto Naveira Garabato, Clément Vic, Alexander Forryan, and Jonathan Sharples, published online on 17 June, 2021 on Wiley Online Library (http://wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been withdrawn by agreement between the authors and Wiley Periodicals LLC on behalf of the American Geophysical Union due to major flaws in the paper uncovered by the authors during further research.
