In this paper, we give a classification of real hypersurfaces $M^{2n-1}$ in a nonflat complex space form ${\tilde{M}}_n(c)(n\geqq 2)$ whose ⁎-Ricci tensor is $\mathbb{D}$-recurrent. By virtue of this result, we also know a classification of real hypersurfaces in a nonflat complex space form whose ⁎-Ricci tensor is $\mathbb{D}$-parallel.
