ABSTRACT

Anti-shock design of shipboard equipment is an important part to ensure warship vitality. In this paper, based on the multi-body system discrete-time transfer matrix method, shock response calculation model of a diesel generator set is established, and the generation method of system overall transfer matrix based on the topological structure is established. Parameter study of anti-shock of the diesel generator set is carried out. Based on the standard of BV043/85, the shock resistance parameters of the diesel generator set subject to different shock environment are studied. The results show that the multi-body system discrete-time transfer matrix method is suitable for the study of shock resistance of shipboard equipment, and the shock resistance design of the diesel generator set meets the requirements. The research method in this paper can also be used for reference in the field of aerospace, vehicle transportation and other fields.

摘要

舰载设备的防震设计是保证舰艇生命力的重要环节。本文基于多体系统离散时间传递矩阵法,建立了柴油发电机组冲击响应计算模型,并建立了基于拓扑结构的系统整体传递矩阵生成方法。开展了柴油发电机组抗震参数研究。基于BV043/85标准,研究了柴油发电机组在不同冲击环境下的抗冲击参数。结果表明,多体系统离散时间传递矩阵法适用于舰载设备抗震性研究,柴油发电机组抗震性设计符合要求。
