The following is an edited excerpt of an interview that took place between playwright Femi Euba and Nobel Prize Laureate Wole Soyinka, moderated by theatre scholar Biodun Jeyifo. The conversation occurred at the conference, “Praise at the Crossroads: Cultural Intersections in Literary and Artistic Worlds,” celebrating the artistic and scholarly works of Femi Euba, held at Louisiana State University on 28 March 2014.
