Diffuse-type tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) is a rare benign proliferative synovial neoplasm of uncertain etiology, and the efficacy of surgical resection is not satisfactory. Therefore, there is an urgent need to explore the pathogenesis and identify novel therapeutic targets for TGCT.
