Abstract
We present a new approach to the study of microwave efficiency (MW) and microwave susceptors in the process of obtaining high quality nanopowders. Susceptors accelerate the processing of various poorly absorbent materials in the microwave field, reduce processing time and energy consumption. We calculated the electric field by a three-dimensional modelling of a microwave applicator designed to obtain nanopowders. The main objective is to optimize the technology of nanopowder production, by using raw materials and catalysts to ensure low processing temperatures. The performance of nanopowders was evaluated by physical-chemical, morphological, phase methods.
