Combining the method of upper and lower solutions with the topological degree, we show the existence of solutions satisfying periodic or Dirichlet boundary conditions, for the differential inclusion

$$(\phi(x^{\prime}(t)))^{\prime} \in F(t,x(t)),$$

where F(⋅,⋅) is a compact lower semi-continuous multi-valued map and ϕ is an homeomorphism.
