Green Energy for Environmental Sustainability

The pursuit for cleaner and more efficient sources of renewable energy has strengthened tremendously over the past few decades. Scientists and researchers across the globe have rounded up their resources and dedicated their efforts to developing renewable sources of green energy that can potentially solve the global energy crisis. The International Conference on Green Energy for Environmental Sustainability (ICGEES – 2020) was conducted with the central aim of cumulating findings in the field of green energy and related subfields to further the scope of scientific research in environmental sustainability. With themes such as air pollution and control, biofuels and bioenergy, energy policy, and new perspectives in renewable energy, the conference intended to and succeeded at providing a technologically competent platform for experts on the fundamentals, applications, and products of the mentioned fields to meet and develop new collaborations. With environmental protection and sustainability being matters of grave concern, I firmly believe that the proceedings of ICGEES – 20 will pave way for new means of creating a safe and sustainable future.
