This paper tried to solve the problems in optical IMDD communication system, including channel bandwidth limitation and multipath interference. The proposed method is hybrid coding and filtering modulation. Both unidirectional and bidirectional transmission have been conducted, proving that proposed method can alleviate channel bandwidth limitation and multipath interference.
