In this paper, we investigate the regularity of weak solutions to the 3D incompressible MHD equations. We provide a regularity criterion for weak solutions involving any two groups functions $({\partial }_1{u}_1,{\partial }_1{b}_1)$, $({\partial }_2{u}_2,{\partial }_2{b}_2)$ and $({\partial }_3{u}_3,{\partial }_3{b}_3)$ in anisotropic Lorentz space.
