The Indian species of Asecodes Fӧrster (Eulophidae: Entedoninae) are reviewed. Six species are recognized for the genus, of which four species are described as new: A. doganlari Jamali & Zeya, sp. nov., A. massi Jamali & Zeya, sp. nov., A. sela Jamali & Zeya, sp. nov, A. zhui Jamali & Zeya, sp. nov.. One species: A. delucchii (Bouček) is recorded for the first time from the country.
